The automatic electronic stunning machine integrates spraying, conveying, and electronic stunning together, preventing bone breakage, and blood clotting and efficiently producing high-quality meat.
The bloodletting system we offer is an automatic conveying machine after the animals have been stunned alive, which is used for tying the feet, killing, bloodletting, and washing.
Peeling machines are used to skin cattle/sheep. The advanced peeling machines we provide enable the peeling process to be done effectively and completely. Ironing and removing machines can iron and de-hair pigs at high speed and efficiency without damaging internal organs and cross-contamination.
We offer two types of synchronous quarantine: the console model and the suspended type. It can inspect the carcass synchronously with the head, intestine, stomach, heart, and liver, and is smooth in conveying, convenient in inspection, and of high degree of automation.
Carcass Processing Series includes automatic conveying equipment to convey animals from cutting off around the anus, chest opening, evisceration, animal washing, splitting, quarantine, trimming and carcass conveying, etc., which has a parallel transmission with the synchronous sanitary inspection.
